1. Are these items up for auction or are they for sale? Ans. All items on the Direct Sale site are for immediate purchase. 2. Are there any fees involved in the purchase? Ans. There is a 15% Buyers Premium that is assesed at time of checkout. Kansas Residents will pay a 8.925% Sales Tax. 3. How do I pay for my purchase? Ans. At this time we only accept payment as follows: For U.S. customers we will accept either the Credit Card you have on file or PayPal (Note: if you do not have a card on file then PayPal is the only option) International customers can only pay with a credit card on file. Shipping and Handling is Free for customers in the continental United States. For customers outside the continental United States, shipping and handling will be calculated and added to the Sub-Total. Once processed, the invoice will be available for view on Manion's main web site. 4. Can I return an item? Ans. Manion's stands behind it's 100% Satisfaction Guarantee as if it was purchased through our auction site. Returns can be requested via the Returns Request on the main web site (all returns are subject to the same criteria as on the main auction site)
