Multi-Estate Auction Now Live – Online Bidding with Local Pick-Up

Manion’s International of Kansas City introduces new local estate auction concept;

Next auction closes July 15, 2009

Kansas City, Kansas (June 29, 2009) – Hundreds of items, from multiple estates, are up for bid on the auction website www.manions.com – with many more to come. Bids are placed over the Internet, and won items are picked up at Manion’s International Auction Houses’ Kansas Cityk, Kansas location.

“This is a new estate auction concept for Kansas City,” said company CEO Jody Tucker. “Rather than waiting around all day to bid, like a traditional live auction, we encourage those interested to try our contemporary approach.”

A diverse selection is available: antiques and collectibles, houseware, vehicles, furniture, electronics – and so much more. To view all items available, visit www.manions.com and click the “Estate, Vehicle, and Equipment Auction” banner in the center of the page. Free registration is required to bid.

“We plan to have a new auction online every two weeks – each one ending on a Wednesday,” said Tucker. “That following Thursday morning, we’ll have another up and running for an additional two weeks.”

Bids are accepted 24 hours a day, and onsite inspection of material is available.

“All of the items offered are housed at our Kansas City, Kansas location and are available for inspection from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Thursday,” said Tucker. “If you can’t make it during those times, give us a call to make another appointment.”
