Description: VG- example of a crucifix, used either by a Chaplain in the field or a soldier in the field, standing 4 1/2" tall, having silver-finished frame, black-finished wood inset to front, which has silver-finished scroll riveted at top, silver-finished rayed halo behind Christ riveted on, silver-finished figure of Christ 3-riveted below, and silver-finished skull & crossbones emblem riveted on at bottom, Unmarked to rear, has ring at very top for insertion of a chain for use about the neck. Light wear to highlights of body, green oxidation spot to left cross arm, some finish wear to right arm.
