Rare well made EK that is referanced in 2004 Nieman book on pages 515/516 as Soviet production for propaganda purposes. Magnetic black centers, swastika center w/`1941` below instead of normal `1939` & title reverse/`For Robbery & Murder` w/normal `1813` date below. 44mm nickel/silver frame is soldered like an original, age darkening & correct style ribbon ring w/4.5" long section of used ribbon.
