W11 - Coca-Cola Memorabilia
THE SPEED HOLSTER + COCA-COLA NUDIE NOVELTY BUCKLE
Click above image for full size photos below.
Black leather clamshell holster. Press button just inside the opening and the front springs open. A novel attempt to speed up access to revolver during a hazardous situation. Also increases the risk that a suspect could grab the gun or cause the officer to drop it on the ground. Weird idea that never caught on. I think one of the TV cops, maybe George Kennedy, used one of these back in the 1970`s. Answer to a question nobody was asking. Needs the belt loop and swivel. I think that should not be hard to find. Great costume accessory for a Barney Fife character. Just don`t put your prized Smith & Wesson in this one. Bonus: Brass Coca-Cola belt buckle. Pictures a nun in a veil. However, when you slide the insert upward, you see some things meant only for God`s eyes. I`m sure Coca-Cola did not endorse this knock-off, but, if it makes you want to drink a Coke, I`m sure they will be pleased. Get you a swivel, and a belt. Put this buckle on it, and walk around drinking Coca-Cola, looking at the naked nun, and dropping your revolver on the sidewalk. Condition: 8
