One Laotian Royal medal for Excellence in Education, first class. Blue ribbon with red stripes and no pinback, very detailed gold and blue medal suspended below, three-faced head of diety surrounded by wreath. No markings on back of medal. Medal is 2 inches high and 1 1/2 inches wide. Very ornate! Condition: 7
