US ARTILLERY RANGE FINDING SLIDE RULE SET - CASED - 105 MM HOWITZER

An interesting set of wooden devices used for range finding with heavy artillery. Includes six pieces all together. One main component marked "Graphic Firing Table" with removable center sliding center section. three other sliding center sections remain - each is used for different type of charge or weapon angle, as indicated by different marks: Charge 1, Charge 2, and high angle. Each is also marked: "How. 105MM M2 & M2A1" among various other spec and measurement markings. Also includes od canvas button flap case with field made appearance. Named to former owner "Major T.C. Bland"  Condition: 7
