A nice grouping of bound military information here - a trip back in time regarding military service! My personal favorite, while probably not the most valuable, is the 1950 dated 31 page phamplet "Survival Under Atomic Attack" distributed by the California`s Office of Civil Defense. Some of the "helpful hints" provided are definitely laughable, but it does provide some useful information. Also includes: 1952 dated Seventh Infantry Division Association Roster; 1963 dated Army manual "Soldier`s Handbook for Chemical and Biological Operations and Nuclear Warfare (some great Cold War era Doom and Gloom info here, too!); 1956 dated Army Phamplet "Escorting Deceased Army Personnel; 1927 dated hardback "Manual of Basic Training and Standards of Proficiency for the National Guard:, and 1920 dated Army Infantry Association "Platoon Training" by Major William H. Waldron". Some great stuff here - manuals are sometimes under rated military collectibles, but really provide more insight into service at a particular time period than anything else! Condition: 7
