Photo come with a copied biography from the Office of Information at Wright-Patterson AFB. Bio. Highlights: *Born 1920 *Entered Service of Army Air Corps in 1940 *Flew B-29 Bomber to Mariana Islands in 1944 *Awarded the Sir Medal with three Oak Leaf clusters and the Distinguished Flying Cross for combat missions against Japan. *1946/1947, took part in A-Bomb tests in the Pacific. *Served as Director of Operation for 22nd Bombardment Wing until late 1951. *1972- Took command of the Air Force Logistics Command at Wright-Patterson.
