Howard Chandler Christy’s (1873-1952) World War One recruiting posters, featuring his "Christy Girls", were immensely popular and effective in compelling patriotic young American men to join the service. In this poster we find a seductive young women with hands in the pockets of "her" naval uniform, whispering "I want you..for the Navy." A fine poster-quality reproduction that captures the exceptional detail and vivid color of the original. Condition: 9
