General Clarence L. Tinker (1887-1942) was an airman of Osage Indian ancestry who lost his life during World War II while on a combat mission during the Japanese attack on Midway Island in the Pacific, June 7, 1942. Grouping consist of Diploma US Army Air Corps Training Center for flying Cadet Clarence Tinker given on Feb.1st 1939 + Newspaper clipping about Graduates + original photo that was used in the Newspaper article. Diploma is signed by Frank Lackland Col. + John Brooks Col.
