Embroidered on wool patch, 3-1/4". The U.S. Army 7th Infantry Division was created at Camp Wheeler, Georgia on 6 December 1917 and served in Alsace-Lorraine, France in World War I. The division served as occupation forces in the post-war period and was later deactivated in 1923. Condition: 9
