Embossed Hard Cover- Primarily a photographic history of the 40th in the Southwest Pacific during WWII, with hundreds of b/w photos of B-29s and other aircraft in flight or in maintenance. Also contains a number of photographs of the indigenous people the 40th encountered over the years. As a bonus- found an original two page "Orientation Exam" from the HQ 40th, Office of the Intelligence Officer folded up and tucked away near the back of the book.
