An interesting piece, at this point unidentified - but we know someone out there certainly knows what it is. High-school naval ROTC, perhaps? At any rate, the item is in fantastic condition. thickly embroidered gilt "LHS" with fouled anchor to the front. Very unique, an eclectic piece for sure. Condition: 8
