Gorgeous! Example is embroidered over a multi-part construction of twill and felt over a black felt base with cut edge (5-3/4" x 6-1/4"). The picture does not accurately show the high reflective value of the thread used for the eagle and the "8", but it makes a nice impression. It is not bullion, but is simulates it quite effectively. Item is in very good condition for its age, and a great original example. Condition: 8
