JAPANESE WW2 ARMY PRIVATE 1ST CLASS TUNIC [DTD. 1943]

Very nice example of Japanese WW2 Army tunic, approximate size 40, made of OD wool, hook to collar [displaying some green oxidation], having 5 button front, two upper hidden pockets w/buttoned scalloped flaps, two lower hidden pockets w/flaps [all buttons are made of OD plain steel [some displaying some rust, top button loose but present and one brown bakelite replacement button], double split tail, buttoned stable loop to left waist, well marked and dated 1943 on the inside white cotton lining [which has two pockets], and each collar having a Private 1st Class rank tab sewn on [two yellow woven 5-pointed stars on red base and sewn to OD wool base]. Exhibits very light use overall.  Condition: 8
