CASED SET OF 2 JAPANESE ARMY 40TH INFANTRY REGIMENT LACQUERED SAKE CUPS

Good+ set of small and medium sized red lacquered wooden sake cups, belonging to a member of the Japanese Army`s 40th Infantry Regiment. Each has gilt rim and same interior design of a gilt Army star to middle of a wreath of cherry blossoms, leaves and buds, characters above and below. Each cup has a minute inner ding, one w/ding to rim. Both come in a balsa wood case that lacks the green cloth ties. Condition: 7
