BOXED, CASED MATCHED SET OF JAPANESE ARMY MAJOR`S DRESS SHOULDER BOARDS W/TISSUE PACKING

Beautiful, near excellent cased set of WW2 Japanese Army Major`s dress shoulder boards. Each board has gold-wire braided double cord tops w/single silver 5-pointed star affixed to it, with gold button, sewn to dark blue-black wool base that has nickeled silver metal tongue & locking device. These come is a silver-finished, hinged metal display case, with folding handle to top, that is red velveteen lined and compartmentalized for each board. The original tissue packing for each board is also included. This cased set comes in the white pressboard box, also having the original tissue wrapping, whose lid has splits to all four corners. GREAT for display. Condition: 9
