JAPANESE ARMY PRIVATE 1ST CLASS TUNIC [1944]

This example of a WW2 Japanese Army Private 1st Class cotton tunic, approximate size 36, has hook to collar, 5 button front made of dark brown bakelite, two upper hidden pockets w/scalloped buttoned flaps [plain OD finished steel], two lower hidden pockets w/flaps, steel buttoned stable loop to left waist, double split tail, Private 1st Class rank collar tabs [each having 2 yellow embroidered stars on red ribbed base, sewn to OD wool], and is maker marked and dated 1944 inside. Overall good to VG- tunic, which displays some sweat stains from use and some light surface rust to pocket buttons. Condition: 7
