JAPANESE ARMY PRIVATE 1ST CLASS OD WOOL COMBAT TUNIC [1943]

This example of a WW2 Japanese Army Private 1st Class OD wool combat tunic, approximate size 36-38, has hook to collar, 5 button front, two upper hidden pockets w/scalloped buttoned flaps [all buttons are plain gold-finished steel, some displaying some surface rust], two lower hidden pockets w/flaps, double split tail, left waist buttoned stable loop, Private 1st Class rank collar tabs [each having 2 yellow embroidered stars on red ribbed base, sewn to OD wool], and white cotton lining with two pockets, maker marked and dated 1943. Tunic exhibits generally light wear, and I believe it was unissued and the rust to some of the buttons was a result of storage issues.  Condition: 8
