LOT OF VINTAGE SHEET MUSIC FEATURING AL JOLSON & MAURICE CHEVALIER

Nice lot of 3 classic pieces of vintage sheet music, to include TWO by "The World`s Greatest Entertainer," Al Jolson: 1) "Swanee", music by George Gershwin, and introduced by Jolie in "Sinbad" at the old Winter Garden Theatre in New York. Dated 1919, interior insert has brittle edges; and 2) "Sonny Boy", dated 1928 and co-authored by Jolie, introduced in the Warner Brothers film "The Singing Fool". Cover has Jolson with Davey Lee, who passed away last year. The lot also has a 1931-dated copy of "Love Me To-Night", introduced by Maurice Chevalier in Paramount Pictures movie of the same name, co-starring Myrna Loy, Jeanette MacDonald and Charlie Ruggles. The back cover has very nice pictorial plug for "The Big Broadcast", starring Bing Crosby, the Mills Brothers, the Boswell Sisters, Cab Calloway, George Burns & Gracie Allen, and others. Condition: 7
