Nice single example of a Gemsco marked [no number] lapel device for an AF Aide to a Brigadier General, having nice enamel work and double cb attachments PLUS a U.S. Army Signals Honor Merit badge, having white and red enameled center, amid gilt leaf border having a red and blue paste jewel at the bottom, Meyer marked reverse and still attached to Meyer issue card by two clutchbacks.
