Good example of a G.A.R. Delegate`s ribbon, Department of New York, for the 21st Annual Encampment held in Albany, New York from February 23-25, 1887. The red satiny ribbon has black printing to it, along w/depiction of the GAR Membership Medal, and it was removed from the original brooch. Decent display item.  Condition: 7
