Six sided wooden box with dark brown leather cover. Hinged lid. 10 steel tubes for quick loading 7 rounds of ammo into the magazine of the Civil War Spencer breechloaders. Only the stubs remain of the box`s carry straps, but the rest of the ensemble is in VG to excellent condition. Feel free to ask lots of questions. The leather appears correct, but there are no maker markings anywhere. The wood is solid and the steel tubes are of high quality. The few examples I could locate on the internet were asking between $3500 & $7000. I`ll start this one at $3000 and see what happens. Condition: 7
