Very nice original WW2 set of Italian RSI Naval Cruisers Badges in bronze, silver and gold, 50mm x 45mm in size, maker marked on reverse w/vertical needle pins w/open hook catch. The reference for these badges, "Distintivie Medaglie Della R.S.I., R.S.I. Badges and Medals 1943-45", written by Fausto Sparacino and published in 1988, states on Page 50 that the order for this badge was dated May 27, 1944, but his research at the firm of S. Johnson [who produced these] indicates that the badges were manufactured only between January and July, 1947. Nice set.  Condition: 8  Weight: 0.10 lbs
