31mm x 33mm, die struck single sided, entire medallion is of polished silver, flowers in a 3,5,3, pattern, & pawlonia leaves, marked on reverse w/4 Japanese characters "Order Of Merit Decoration". Original ribbon is 37mm wide, watered silk material, white body w/red 7mm stripes down each side, missing hook but loop is present. Appears to hav a burn mark.  Condition: 7
