31mm x 33mm, silver, die struck double sided w/green enamel leaf details & purple flowers in a 3,5,3, pattern on both sides & marked on reverse w/4 Japanese characters "Order Of Merit Decoration". Original ribbon is moire silk, 37mm wide, white body w/red 7mm stripes down each side, original finish, crisp details.  Condition: 8
